Welcome to Nelis Pet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to every purchase you make from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "We", "us" and "our" mean Nelis Pet; "you" means the visitor or customer.

1. Our store

Nelis Pet sells pet hair removal products for homes with dogs and cats. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and product packaging can change without notice. Results depend on the fabric, the amount of hair and how the product is used. If an item is not as described, contact us and we will make it right under our Refund Policy.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund. You can cancel your own order free of charge until it has been fulfilled.

5. Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. Please make sure your address is correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

7. Safe use

Use our products only as described on the product page and packaging. Grooming tools are for pets and household fabrics; supervise pets during grooming, stop if your pet shows discomfort, and keep small parts away from children and animals. Our products are not medical or veterinary devices.

8. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, submit false information or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Reviews and comments

If you send us a review, photo or comment, it must be honest, lawful and your own. You give us permission to display it on our site and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or off-topic. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

10. Intellectual property

The Nelis Pet name, logo, text, graphics and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Third-party services

Our site uses third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers and analytics tools. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
